Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted for:
Opened or unsealed Trading Card Game (TCG) packs or boxes
Pre-order items
Change-of-mind purchases
Products affected by courier-related packaging damage
Trading Card Game products are randomized by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee specific cards, pulls, rarity, or value. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided based on pull results.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photo or video evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed using the original payment method.
